Our composite panel rooms are based upon a steel structure with 100mm ‘Kingspan’ composite panels for the walls and roof. It is delivered on site in a flat pack form.
After the steel work is in place the panels are fitted. The inside of the room is then sprayed with a PU material producing a sealed and shot blast resistant interior.
A small pit is required for the screw conveyor to sit in. The bucket elevator / airwash cleaning system, dust extractor and blast pot are located outside the room. Main access into the room is via a Roller shutter door. There is also a man access door on the side of the room as required by Health & Safety regulations.
