Large Automatic Shot Blast Machine Build

We have started work on a large automatic shot blast machine at our North Wales facility. The machine will use 8 x 11kW wheel units to process components as they pass through the cabinet. Parts will be suspended from an overhead conveyor during blasting.

Fabrication is well underway. Plasma cut sections have been prepared and the first plates assembled. The main body is now taking shape as structural panels and internal sections are positioned and secured.

The project is approximately one third complete. Further fabrication and mechanical installation will follow before the wheel units and conveyor system are fitted. We will share further updates as the build progresses.
